To Our EU Friends

Over the last week, we've seen a slight, but worrying increase in customers who are being affected by the sweeping VAT changes that went into effect this month.

For those unaware, on July 1st, an additional levy was placed onto imports into the EU, that was meant to be nominal and take the place of the standard 150€ rule. This levy was anticipated, and despite preparation and adjustments made on both our end and by our warehouse in the UK, it appears some customers in the EU are now being double charged upon receipt of their shipment. 

We are working quickly to navigate this issue in real time. We just want to let you know that we are aware, and are trying to figure out where the breakdown is occurring, and how to course correct as quickly as possible. 

We would like to strongly advise all EU customers that, until further notice, there is a possibility that your shipment may also be affected. 

We will update our social and inform our EU customers when this has been resolved. We sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience while we figure this out.
